📊 Visual Form Integration Management

Not sure which forms are connected to Power Automate? The new “Forms Available in Power Automate” section lists all of your Gravity Forms. You can easily check a box to include a form in Power Automate—no more hunting through individual form settings.

➡️ One-Click Metadata Sync

We’ve added a brand-new “Sync Form Metadata” button that updates all selected forms to ensure their latest fields and settings are available in Power Automate. This ensures your flows stay in sync with your current form configuration. Clicking this button sends the latest version of each enabled form’s metadata to our middleware server where it will then be available inside the Flow builder in Power Automate.
