Gravity Forms Power Automate Professional: Recent Updates & Fixes (v2.4.0–v2.4.1)
Gravity Forms Power Automate Professional: Recent Updates & Fixes (v2.4.0–v2.4.1)

We’re excited to share the latest improvements and fixes to the Gravity Forms Power Automate Professional plugin! Here’s a summary of what’s new in the latest release:
Version 2.4.1 (2025-05-30)
- Ensures that entries are always adapted to the expected schema:
We’ve improved how entries are processed, making sure they always match the schema Power Automate expects. This reduces errors and improves reliability for all flows. - Fixes an issue with email fields:
Email fields that use confirmation were sometimes incorrectly reported as arrays. This has been fixed, so your flows will now receive the correct data type. - Fixes list fields in actions:
List fields are now handled correctly in actions, ensuring data is passed as expected.
Why would I want the new version?
Our users and internal testing uncovered the following items, so if you are experiencing any of the following issues, you’ll want to make sure you get this upgrade right away.
- Date fields are blank
When using the drop-down or date-picker options for date fields, it could cause the date to come across as blank when it was actually present in the response. - Trigger output for entry different from “Get a Gravity Forms Entry”
In order to maximize compatibility, our plugin passes on the entire trigger output without modification. However, the trigger output is sometimes different from the way the data is actually stored inside of Gravity Forms. This latest update ensures that the data sent is strictly formatted to the format expected by Power Automate. - List or Multi-select field values not sent
The list and multi-select fields would sometimes be sent as blank when they had actually contained a value.
To continue to receive the best results, make sure to keep our plugin up-to-date in your WordPress websites. Thanks!
